Once you approve the sample we issue the invoice. Production starts on receipt of the deposit.
Production and delivery
About 4 weeks in production, then shipped anywhere in the world. Shipping is quoted with your final quote.

How much do custom hotel hats cost?
Custom embroidered hats start at $14.00 per hat at the 25-piece minimum and fall to as low as $4.00 per hat at 2,500 or more. Add a one-time embroidery digitization fee from $125 on the smallest orders, reducing with volume and free at 1,000 hats or more. Prices are estimates confirmed with your final quote; shipping is quoted separately.
What is the minimum order?
25 hats per style, per color, per size. Each color and each size is its own 25-piece line, so 25 navy adult caps and 25 navy kids caps are two lines of 25.
How long does an order take?
About 4 weeks in production after you approve the stitched sample, plus shipping time. The 4 weeks is an estimate; your confirmed schedule comes with the final quote.
Do I see a sample before committing?
Yes. You approve a digital mockup and then a physically stitched sample hat before any invoice is issued. Production starts only after your approval and a 50% deposit.
Where can the logo go and how big can it be?
Your embroidered logo can go virtually anywhere on the hat — front, side, back or brim — up to 5 inches wide by 2.25 inches tall. The same logo used on several styles or colors in one order carries a single digitization fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. HL Supply LLC ships worldwide from the United States. Shipping is quoted separately with your final quote, and any duties or taxes at destination are the buyer's responsibility.
